Reading Analysis and Deployment Implementation
(RADD)
A combination of consulting and analysis, RADD is a rigorous Business and Organizational alignment effort that assesses an organization's readiness to implement Six Sigma and develops deployment strategy based on organizational structure, business objectives and other existing initiatives. Included in RADD is a broad-based diagnostic survey that determines a business' strategic alignment.
