Green Belt – Support Options
Six Sigma Qualtec pioneered the concept of project support between each phase of Green Belt training and currently enjoys the reputation of being the best in the industry in this critical area.
Six Sigma Qualtec has designed three options for project support. Although we feel that to develop the best Green Belt onsite support is a key factor, some companies may elect to provide a reduced amount of support to their Green Belts to limit their investment. We recommend that Green Belt candidates elect a support program that provides guidance through the three training sessions. Please indicate your desired support level:

Three training sessions, approximately one month apart and totaling 11 days.

Basic Project Support
Three support sessions delivered over the phone and/or computer connections. Each session is conducted in two-hour segments after each training week. The fee for this program is $2,250, with additional support sessions available at $750 per session. Additional charges may apply for the use of live computer connections.

Preferred Project Support
Three days of onsite project support (one full-day session will be provided after each training session). The fee for this program is $9,000 plus actual travel expenses.
